In an effort to improve customer service, the Embassy’s Consular Section has launched a new customer service portal called the NIV Navigator, an interactive question/answer “wizard” that leads customers to answers on our webpage and moves inquiries into pre-sorted folders to improve response time.
If you or your contacts need to reach the NIV team, please do not use the email address santiagovisa@state.gov. Instead, please ask the public to contact the consular section via this link (open with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and follow the instructions there.
