
Christopher Painter, the Department of State’s Coordinator for Cyber Issues, is traveling to Uruguay, Argentina and Chile April 6-10 to meet with host government officials on a range of cyber policy issues.
In Santiago and Montevideo, Coordinator Painter will meet with government officials to learn about their work on cyber security policy. In Argentina, Coordinator Painter will participate in the Ministry of Interior’s third annual International Conference and Workshop on Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure, which aims to exchange best practices at a national and international level on critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity.
